Just coming to church and singing a few songs and half-heartedly listening to a sermon isn’t worship. That’s no different than singing along to a catchy song driving down the road. Worship is more than that. It’s observation and emulation. Worship is when others look at you and see who you follow.

One of the key components to overcoming temptation and yourself is believing you have more important things to do in life. 
God created you to operate at a very important level. 
Don’t wait for someone to come along and tell you that you are important, BE important.

When you worship God, you serve in love. When you worship an idol, you serve in lust.
Worshiping God, the living God – making yourself a living sacrifice is the most fulfilling act you can do on earth!
We have to remember, when we do for others as unto the Lord, we aren’t worshiping them, we are worshiping Him.

A key to being a peacemaker: Believe your afterlife is your real-life.
As long as you are holding on to this life so tight, you’ll never be willing to give it up for something bigger than you.
Jesus said, “For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it. What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul” (Matt. 16:25-26 NIV).

God is calling us to relationship—with Him, and we live it out with each other.
God’s way is relationship.
There are things that because of what God did for us, He demands we change or do for Him, and because of our gratitude and love for Him, we will do it.

God’s way of life, and God’s way of living together is far different than anything man comes up with.
The starting point for doing life God’s Way: Remember what He did for you. Because living God’s way is a response to God’s Grace, not a way to achieve God’s Grace.

When all is said and done, what will be said about you?
Is there anything of substance to you that REALLY matters?
Have you really tried to find what your purpose in life from Almighty God is?

What does God want from you during this time? Because God removed the pressure for you, He expects you to remove the pressure for others.
God redeemed you from the clutches of evil. He paid the price so ALL OF YOUR DEBT IS PAID IN FULL. God held NOTHING back to restore your life. He removed the pressure.
Because He removed the pressure, we must remove the pressure for others.

"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14
The land God was talking about was the Temple. But the Temple isn't in Israel anymore. The Temple is You. God wants to reside in you. God wants to make His home inside of you. God wants the world to know He lives inside of you. God wants to heal your land.
When God moves in, He cleanses you. This is how He will heal our land.

God wants to live with you. Moving in with God means relationship—a working, growing relationship.
Let God move in with you. It will be the best decision you ever make.
