As we move into the week approaching Christmas, the message of Christmas is either life, or death to you. Jesus arriving was such a threat to the world that doesn’t want God, that the mere mention of His name to them is offensive and asking for conflict.
But to others, who actually understand what God has done, who reroute their thinking to truly see what He did by coming into this world for us, HIS COMING IS LIFE!

Manger Moments are those times that you are most vulnerable, confused, lonely, wondering where God is, and know that the direction of your life is way different than you thought it was going to go—and there is nothing you can do about it. 
Manger Moments are those opportunities to show God you love Him.

God is a loving Father, a good Father. And good Fathers reward their children. Good Fathers are there to bless their children along the way. But when a child is heading the wrong direction in life, good Fathers also withhold a blessing until they see their child make a change for the better.
God will never stop inspiring you to do better, be better, live better, love more.

Like the Evil Queen, all too often we look into the mirror to find the answers to life that we want. 
But in reality, all we find in the mirror is our problem with life—ourselves.
If all you are doing is looking into the mirror to figure out your life, you will be a most miserable person.
The truth is, the way to enjoy who you are is by forgetting about yourself and loving others. Let go of yourself, give yourself up to God. 

Today I want to do something a different for our approach to Thanksgiving. BibleStudyTools.com has put out a list of the top 20 Scriptures that were searched online throughout this year and we are going to read those Scriptures today.
These Scriptures reflect a lot about our hopes, needs, and relationship with God. 

Here’s the reality: Everyone has threats, there are real fears in life that we all face. It’s up to us to decide how much those fears and threats will keep us from loving.
Threats Thwart love because everyone believes their threat is more important. 
How do you function in your own home? Is your home about managing threats? Or is it built on love?
Do you clean your home because you are afraid of disease and illness? Or do you do it because you love?

Here’s what I want to encourage you with today: Most of what others are
saying and doing to you isn’t intended to hurt you. Most of what people are
doing is about them just trying to survive and take care of their own threats in life.
It’s time for you to rewrite the stories of your life. Change the narrative. Like
King David, instead of only hearing the voice of the accuser and abuser, it’s time to hear
the other side of the story. LET GO OF THE UNNECESSARY PAIN.

The fear of not getting what we want will drive us insane. Especially when it seems we have crossed every T and dotted every I in the list of doing what it takes to get it.
The key to getting to the best you is to align your wants with what your Creator made you to want and do.
Your looks, were so the right people would be attracted to you.
Your gifts and talents, were so you could do what He made you to do.
Your experiences in life, are for His purposes.

Today I’m going to give you some insight into your brain and how it works. You need to know that your brain wasn’t meant to be a junk yard, or a sanitation yard, and by no means a waste station. 
Your brain was given to you to manage, protect, and closely watch over so that you can be greatly connect to God and His purpose for your life.

You can actually have a relationship with God in spite of your current condition. God’s grace is sufficient for you. 
He accepts you today, just as you are, if you humbly come to Him and want to grow and want to be better, and want a genuine relationship with Him.
